The Pink Oyster, Pleurotus djamor-  A dried tropical oyster ready to say fun fun fun!  Grown in the summer months when the temperature is nice and warm, we cultivate these gems with plenty of humidity to get the prettiest product we’ve ever grown!  
Whether Dark to Light Pink, these dried oyster mushrooms rehydrate nicely and are excellent pan grilled and added to your favorite dishes. Carmelizing these tasty oyster mushrooms with a high temp oil and finishing them with a little splash or two of Soy Sauce or Tamari is the perfect addition to pasta, rice, or a medley of roasted vegetables.
